Supported Browsers

Which web browsers can I use to access the system?

Accruent provides cloud-based solutions that are fully compliant to support multiple devices with one code-base, and therefore we do not guarantee compatibility with any specific hardware device. However, our customers do access our applications using iOS, Android, and Windows devices. Given the speed of new browser development and the drop in utilization of old browsers, we are concentrating on the browsers listed below.

Certified Browsers

Supported Browsers

• Firefox – latest version
• Safari - latest version
• Microsoft Edge - latest version

Certified browsers provide the optimal user experience and will receive full internal release testing. Defects reported in certified browsers will be addressed with higher priority than issues with supported browsers. Supported browsers provide a good user experience, but may present some minor visual defects. Issues reported for supported browsers will be addressed with lower priority than certified browsers.
